When poetry meets drawing
Born in 1982, Marco Mazzoni is an Italian artist. Working exclusively with coloured pencils, which help him to create a highly detailed visual style, his work is poetic and focuses heavily on flowers and faces. He is the author of several illustrated books: Poucette, published by Albin Michel in 2018, and Les Sorcières de Venise (in three volumes), published in the Papillon Noir collection by Gallimard.
