The world-famous Djinn series is one of the greatest successes in the history of comic art, with over a million copies sold. Conceived by Jean Dufaux (Murena, Rapaces…) for the Spanish artist Ana Mirallès, this adventure saga tinged with eroticism transports us to the world of the harems of the Ottoman Empire in the early 1900s. It showcases the artist’s talent for depicting sumptuous palaces as well as the enchanting and sensual creatures that populate the pages of this story. Her Orientalist style, her sense of light, her framing and the beauty of her watercolors give her original artwork a unique look.
