The Daniel Maghen Gallery is delighted to present Benjamin Lacombe's eagerly awaited new exhibition, running from December 12 to January 12, 2019.
Discover Benjamin Lacombe's Curiosities
Around a hundred of the artist's works will be on display for this exhibition entitled Curiosities, echoing the eponymous monograph published in the spring (Editions Daniel Maghen), including a collection of illustrations and sketches from his most recent books: Alice, Through the Looking Glass, Carmen, Frida, Les Contes Macabres vol. 2, and The Wizard of Oz.
Unique sculptures, created in collaboration with artist Julien Martinez, will echo large-format artworks revisiting key moments in his career, set against a captivating and immaculate scenography.
Daniel Maghen and Benjamin Lacombe are delighted to invite you to the exhibition opening on Friday, December 14, from 7 p.m.
