A colorist
Claude Guth was born in March 1962 in Alsace. Long before becoming a colorist, Guth began his career as a copywriter at an insurance company. While doodling little drawings during coffee breaks or on the phone, his artistic talent caught people’s attention, and he went on to join the company’s marketing department, design logos for an advertising agency, and eventually become a graphic designer. He then resumed his studies in the decorative arts program in Strasbourg. This was followed by the graphic novel "Vauriens", created with Luc Brunschwig and Laurent Cagniat. This collaboration marked the beginning of several series, including "L'Esprit de Warren" and "Le Pouvoir des innocents". He took on increasingly bold projects by handling the coloring for "Lanfeust de Troy", thereby establishing a solid reputation. He also published "Pitchi-Poï" with Laurent Cagniat.
